Tay Eng Guan is Vice President/General Manager (VP/GM) of 
Engines Services for ST Engineering’s Commercial Aerospace business. As the VP/GM of Engines Services, which provides aircraft engine total maintenance support solutions for a wide range of military and civil aircraft engines, Eng Guan is in charge of charting the growth of the business and expanding it globally.



In his capacity as VP/GM, Eng Guan has been instrumental in streamlining the production workflow processes of the commercial engine operations. He also ensures that production operations are run optimally in terms of technical, logistical and organisational performance through the implementation of workplace systems including the “One Piece Flow” process and the “6S/Visual/Lean Factory” concept.
