George Edmunds was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Ltd (HAESL), a joint venture between HAECO and Rolls-Royce, in July 2023. Mr. Edmunds joined Swire in 2005 and has held various commercial and operational positions within the group's maritime and aviation entities in Hong Kong, Papua New Guinea, Australia, and Singapore. Prior to his appointment at HAESL, Mr. Edmunds served as the General Manager of Cargo Commercial at Cathay Pacific Airways, where he successfully led the team through the challenges of the pandemic. He has also held leadership roles in revenue management and served as Country Manager for Indonesia during his tenure with the airline.
