Profile

Ben Gan, Regional Marketing Director, Asia Pacific, leads and manages marketing activities for the Civil Aerospace business, providing analysis and insights into applications for products and services across the region.

Ben joined Rolls-Royce as a graduate trainee and worked in a number of roles across the business including component design and in MRO as a manufacturing engineer.  
Previously, Ben worked as a Lifecyle Engineer assigned to Rolls-Royce airline customers, providing technical support and pioneering novel technology applications to support flight operations.
Before joining Rolls-Royce, Ben completed a masters in Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London. He currently serves as a Committee Member for the Institute of Mechanical Engineers based in Singapore, and enjoys cycling and rock climbing in his free time.
