Mario Romano is StandardAero Airlines & Fleets’ Regional Sales and Service Manager (RSM) for the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, Mario supports airline customers with their MRO needs for a wide range of engine types, including the CFM56-7B, CF34-3/-8, AE 3007A, PW100 and various APU types. Mario has over 30 years’ experience in the aviation industry, having held senior positions within various MRO and OEM organizations. Prior to joining StandardAero in 2017, Mario served as SR Technics’ VP Global Account Management for Asia Pacific, Middle East & North Africa, heading up accounts for the company across the three territories. Prior to this, Mario spent 27 years in various roles with Pratt & Whitney, including engineering, customer support, aftermarket sales, new engine sales, and client management. Mario graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering, and also has an MBA from Syracuse University.Sessions
