Henrique was part of the E-Jets E2 development since its early phases, leading a multi-disciplinary team responsible for defining solutions to improve E-Jets E2 customer experience and product maturity since day one.
From 2015 to 2019, as Design for Customer Experience leader, he supported several digital transformation initiatives and has led the development of Embraer’s new Big Data and IoT platform aimed to improve airlines’ performance.
He was Fleet Performance and Reliability Manager from 2009 to 2013. Responsible for the adoption of statistical analysis methodologies and data-driven decision approach for technical support. He also led the development and implementation of analytics tools to assess and manage real-time aircraft health condition.
From 2005 to 2009 Henrique worked as Technical Support Engineer helping customers to return aircraft to service and working for the resolution of chronicle fleet issues. In this period, he led lean six-sigma initiatives strengthening aftermarket processes towards customers’ values.
Henrique joined Embraer in 2001 as Manufacturing Engineer, working to define installation, testing and configuration control processes of electronic equipment and embedded software at production line.
