The Canadian Trade Commissioner Service (TCS) was established in 1895 and assists Canadian companies looking to export, invest abroad, or develop R&D partnerships using our extensive network of more than 1,000 trade commissioners located in over 160 cities across Canada and the world. The TCS also assists foreign companies planning to establish a physical presence in Canada and/or looking to source innovative solutions to improve their operations. Services from the TCS are offered free of charge.
