Profile

Katherine Rivera is the Assistant Vice President for Technical Operations Department of Philippine Airlines. Currently, she's in the transition phase to lead the Technical Training, Finance and Admin Sub-Department at PAL Express, a subsidiary that focuses on the domestic airline market and inhouse line maintenance for the current fleet. Her main role oversees learning and development, technical synergy projects, business development and engineering finance.

Prior to this, she led teams for technical services in CAMO oversight, including strategies for cost efficiency, business continuity and personnel upskilling. She was previously OIC Supervisor for Technical (Maintenance) Planning group of PAL Express.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at University of the Philippines, Diliman Campus.
