Gonzalo Salazar is Vice President, Component Services – Thailand of AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), a leading aviation services provider to commercial and government customers worldwide.

Since 2019, Gonzalo has led business development and strategy at AAR’s Component Services – Thailand facility, a two-time Boeing Silver Performance Excellence Award winner as well as being the only MRO facility in Thailand to receive EASA Part 21J.574 Design Organization Approval.

Prior to joining AAR, Gonzalo spent 18 years at Airbus / SATAIR, where he held leadership roles across multiple Airbus platform product designs and customer service. He directly led the implementation of SATAIR’s Global Repair Network.

Gonzalo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Telecommunications Networks from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
