Janice Ho joined StandardAero’s Airlines and Fleets team in May 2023 as Airline Sales Director (ASD) for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In this role, Janice is primarily focused on supporting customer MRO requirements associated with the CFM International CFM56-7B, CFM International LEAP-1A/1B, GE Aerospace CF34-3/-8 and Rolls-Royce RB211-535 turbofan engines. Janice is based in Singapore.
An established sales and business development leader, Janice has 13 years of international aerospace experience, including prior positions of responsibility with TrueAero (as Regional Director of Sales), AerSale (as Director of Business Development - Asia Pacific Region), AvTrader (as Regional Sales Manager), the TES Aviation Group (as Sales Manager) and NORDAM (as Customer Service Executive).
Janice has an exceptional track record in business development, partnerships, sales and marketing. In addition, she has enjoyed successes in contract negotiations, programs and agreements negotiations. Janice’s functional strengths include business development, new markets development, partnership development, revenue accountability, sales management, stakeholder relationship management, strategic leadership, team supervision & development, and detail-oriented & effective communication.
Janice has a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management from the Curtin University in Perth, Australia. She is proficient in both Chinese and English.
