Sarah is a travel leader with over 27 years of industry experience enabling airlines and airports to deliver on their business imperatives – whether that involves enhancing the passenger experience, unlocking new potential, or finding innovative solutions to long-standing challenges. Having worked on projects for Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Changi Singapore, Delhi, Kansai, Narita and Hong Kong International Airports plus many more, Sarah’s passion is developing genuine partnerships where operators work collaboratively alongside IT providers to develop solutions that truly meet their needs and ambitions for future growth.
Prior to joining Amadeus in 2014, Sarah held senior roles with Airport IT companies in Malaysia, and in Australia. Sarah is a prominent voice within the Airport IT industry. She regularly participates in airport events, speaking on behalf of Amadeus and regarding a range of issues facing the local industry. Today at Amadeus, Sarah leads the Airport & Airline Operations business unit for the Asia-Pacific region. Sarah has the responsibility of scaling up the Airport & Airline Operations Solutions market share in APAC by implementing effective growth strategies. Additionally, she oversees the seamless delivery and support of these solutions throughout the region.
Sarah is a Director on the Airports Council International (ACI) Asia-Pacific Regional Board as of May 2023.
Sarah is passionate about advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all aspects of her life. She strongly believes that creating inclusive environments leads to greater success and better outcomes for everyone. Sarah is a sponsor of the Amadeus Women’s Network in Asia, as well as a Director on the Women in Aviation, Singapore Chapter Board since February 2023.
Sarah holds a BA Economics & Finance, from Luther College, Iowa, USA where she also received Phi Beta Kappa award for academic excellence. Sarah also holds an AMAP Diploma (AMPAP, Canada).
