Profile

Shevantha Weerasekera is the Vice President for Engineering and Fleet Management of Cebu Pacific Air and a board member of the MRO - Aviation Partners Philippines (APlus), which is a subsidy of the airline.

He heads the Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) and the supply chain organization of Cebu Pacific and oversees the line and light maintenance activity carried out by its MRO.

Throughout his career he has held leadership roles in Technical Services, Fleet Management, Design Engineering and Airframe Maintenance/MRO with Etihad Airways Engineering and SriLankan Airlines.
Shevantha holds a Master degree from Curtin University of Technology, Australia and a Bachelor of Engineering from Kingston University in UK.
