Tan Eng Shu was appointed EVP/Head, Aerospace MRO, for the Commercial Aerospace business area of ST Engineering in 2021. As Aerospace MRO Head, Eng Shu oversees the Group’s airframe, components and engines MRO business across its network of facilities in Asia Pacific, the U.S. and Europe.
Prior to this, Eng Shu was responsible for ST Engineering Aerospace arm’s strategy, alliances, partnerships as well as merger and acquisition activities. He was previously the Vice President/General Manager of ST Aerospace Services Co, a subsidiary that focus on commercial aircraft maintenance and modification for both Airbus and Boeing aircraft.
Eng Shu graduated with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science (Engineering) in Aeronautical Engineering and Master of Science (Engineering) in Structural Steel Design from Imperial College of Science & Technology (University of London) in 1983 and 1984 respectively.
