35 years at Airbus in wide range functions. Starting on helicopter upgrades in 1989, in Germany, I quickly moved into the manufacturing world in the Aerostructure business to become after 7 years, A330-200 Project leader first and then heading the design support office in the final assembly lines in Toulouse. In 2003 I moved to the quality function, in charge of improvement projects , including A380 operational maturity challenge, then taking over the position successively of head of Quality of the final assembly line in Tianjin (China) before heading the function for Airbus customer services. With that operational background I translated To customer service engineering services to improve the availability of our aircraft for our customers. While having a comprehensive approach I am focussing on service development and tangible outcomes usable by our customers and especially MROs.
